There is some positive news here: - The sweet spot is intensifying at the median price point ($200k to $300k), showing 4.9 months of inventory
- Price points below it are moving as well, showing that the "move up" phenomenon is apparently underway as we enter Denver's moving season (April - September).
- In all price points, current activity exceeds the trailing 12 month avearage, meaning we are firming up in our market.
